Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Express Delivery: 1–3 days (Above 200 AED)
- Express Delivery: 1–3 days (20 AED Delivery charge, if below 200 AED)
Cutoff time: 2:00pm (Order before 2:00pm to receive it next day)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and shipping destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—check our site or newsletter for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless specified.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Delivery times may vary from 7–21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
