Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Express Delivery: 1–3 days (Above 200 AED)
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 days (20 AED Delivery charge, if below 200 AED)

Cutoff time: 2:00pm (Order before 2:00pm to receive it next day)

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless specified.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary from 7–21 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
